Better self-esteem: Step 1 in identifying life goals
Last post was about 10 important life areas that are connected to general well-being.
You can use them to inspire yourself if you want a change in your life, but have not yet identified any specific goals or problem areas.
The aim could be to live your desired life. Then the goals can be about describing a valued state, what your life would look like if you had your wishes fulfilled in the chosen areas.
To obtain this, try the following steps:
Step 1: Go back to the 10 life areas. Rate your life both today and where you would be in your ideal state on a scale 0 = not satisfied at all to 10 = have fully obtained my goals for now in this life area.
More about the following steps in the next posts.
