Step 8 is about identifying helpful routines to maintain focus on you desired changes.
To manage unforeseen problems, it is important to regularly schedule a fixed reflection time every week to evaluate progress made and make necessary changes.
Having regularly evaluations is one of the things that distinguishes those who succeed in making changes in their lives.
These persons make some extra – new – effort over time and evaluate progress regularly.
I recommend a fixed time of the week AND the month – potentially Sunday morning as well as the first day of each month.
I will list some essential questions that you can ask yourself during this reflection hour in upcoming posts.
